Disconnecting myself from this entertainment of the world and from the illusions that is given to us every minute, I had more time for myself and for looking deep into the chronology of my life to have one last introspective about what it was all this years about.
After my father death something in myself has click. That experience that I had with him before he has left his physical body changed so many dots, almost like I had changed the glasses of how I am seeing death and this life on earth.
Everything is evolving and changing, nothing is stabile. Not our life and nor our emotions.
What I have learned about attachment and wanting the situation to be stabile in my life, has pushing me in a place of pain and struggles.
What are the attachments? Emotional or material. Something outside of ourselves, mind is creating fears that we can not survive without that emotions or material thing that come from outside of ourselves. And in this way we stay stuck in drama and in this endless struggles and self sabotage.
Is not an easy process to totally detach yourself from something that is so familiar to you and that you are feeling so comfortable in. Is takes strength and a lot of will power to choose yourself, your life, your joy and happiness, your freedom from drama and your path.
But I promise, after you realise what is health for you and what not, you will feel deliberate from all the heaviness that you felt you carry everyday on your back. Your breathe will become easier and you will feel at peace with the decision you have made. The inner peace will visit you because you have choose your truth, YOU.
In time you unlearn all what we had been programmed to belief and feel, you will start learning a new way of being, you will get in touch with your inner voice, inner wisdom and your intuition will tell you everything what you need to know even when your eyes are seeing otherwise.
Letting go of past is too detach from emotions and beliefs that we carry while back from our ancestors. To say NO THANK YOU when you don't feel so. To put strong boundaries with close people and family. Letting go is to know deep inside that you have all what you need and nothing from the outside will fulfil that place or emotion that you are needing.
Letting Go of the past is to be grateful for the old version of yourself that has past through sooooo much for you to be here at this moment, with this awareness and with all the lessons that you have been learned through all your life. To accept all what you have been through because all that showed you, YOUR POWER FROM WITHIN.
Letting go is to say GOODBYE to who you thought you were and to embrace THE SELF.
To not look behind with emotion of regrets and sadness of thinking you could do it better, because there is nothing better you could be done is just all been for the lessons we all have to learn as a soul incarnated in this physical body to experience life and to learn emotions and how to manipulate energies.
Letting past behind is to never look back and to avoid drama from your life. To avoid everything that gives you bad feeling and what is drawn your energies. To disconnect with bad habits and environment that keeps stuck.
Letting go is a process with releasing pain and to embrace your inner child that is screaming at you to embrace yourself and to learn the joy of life, to be happy and to love.
