RESET

The last 6 months, I have been on pause. This pause is not laziness, not sickness.

A pause... to analyse and observe. Observing myself and my journey until here.

A life in battles and surviving has an end, and this time is about the end of suffering.

To integrate life experiences and healing through love can be a lonely road, but rewarding.

This time is about that: what have I done in this life and what I can do better now, with this awareness and understanding and with the experiences that bring me wisdom and more compassion.

Society has been accustomed to rushing us and moving us on to the next event without allowing us the time to digest and integrate what has happened.

In this rush, we swallow emotions and pain, creating a life from that space of misery.

That's not life, that's a copy mechanism and a way of surviving life.

We are meant to live life and to enjoy its colour, but that's not possible when we walk around with a lot of dirt on us and inside us.

God, Universe, Divine, whatever name you have for it, have blessed me with this pause to reset myself and to rest my nervous system that has known nothing else than staying alert nonstop.

Now is the time to stand up. I had many deaths and rebirths in this life, and they get more powerful over time and integration. This is about allowing and giving space to the essence of the soul that makes its space in this physical body.

We are born physically once in this life, but the energetic embodiment is in phases and levels. The more we let go and integrate more we give space and allow.

With and within these phases, we know more God within and we understand that in this life nothing matters more than a loving heart, compassion and connections that are created from the heart space.

We must pause, breathe and feel.

Emodiment comes with letting go of everything that we knew about ourselves and allowing ourselves to let the unknown that is born inside us to speak and experience life.

It's an uncomfortable place to be, even for ourselves; it feels weird, because now we operate from a place that is not mental, and is it from the truth of our heart.

The soul doesn't rush through things; it takes its time, and with flow is moving in life.

Embodiment of Christ

The power of the Divine,

We come here to experience

This life... embodiment of souls.

We can not run from the truth

It is embedded in our hearts,

We may run, but we get more confused

Because the heart is screaming wild.

Take the power back

You give it to others

To tell what is right and what is wrong.

You have a heart, you have the answer

Start to feel your truth.

Your mind will fight it,

You will feel messy.
